Shipping and Return Policy

Please allow up to 3 days for order processing, which includes Credit Card authorization and verification.

FedEx Shipping- Free for all orders
All Fine Jewelry over $500, will require a signature upon Delivery
We only ship to one address per order
If you redirect your package, or tell them to leave it on the front porch, with the neighbor etc. we are not responsible.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days, from the date delivered, to return Items.
No returns on Fine Jewelry, exceptions include:
- Items returned because of manufacturing defects will be exchanged
- Return products must be in original condition and please include all packaging, envelopes, bags, boxes, etc.

- Personalized and Engraved Items

- Gemstones
- Be advised rings are a custom order as each is made to size, all sales are considered final.

Jay's Jewelry Collection, understands that when you make an online purchase or email us, that there is a level of trust.

We will never ask for your credit card number. Your credit card information is entered on a secure, encrypted server - we never see it.
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order.
We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
Cookies are only used on the site are needed to keep your shopping cart "alive" while you browse.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive or to confirm an order. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above.
